QUETTA, Feb 22: The district administration in Quetta has launched a large-scale crackdown against vendors violating officially notified prices ahead of the holy month of Ramazan.

According to the district administration 119 individuals were arrested for overcharging and sent to jail.
49 shops were sealed for serious violations of the official price list.
