ATTOCK (JUNE-17) – Attock Police apprehended ten criminals including drug pushers, kidnappers along with recovery of contraband worth of rupees lacs from their possession during a crack down launched on the directions of District Police Officer Attock Dr. Sardar Ghyias Gul Khan on Saturday.

Police said, Mohammad Shoaib son of Noor Rehmat of Pindigheb reported Pindigheb police that Asif Mohammad  kidnapped his wife for adultery whereby SI Sajid Habib locked up the accused. Meanwhile, ASI Mohammad Sajjad of Police Station Attock Khurd arrested Tahir son of Said Nabi of Peshawar the charge of possessing hashish of 1050 grams, ASI Imtiaz Ali arrested Mohammad Mushtaq son of Nawab Khan for opium of 558 grams, SI Mujahid Abbas Attock Saddar Police  nabbed Jahangir Nawaz Khan of Malik Mohammad Nawaz Khan  of Mari for  hashish of 1255 grams, SI Wali Mohammad arrested Mohammad Shafiullah Khan son of Kamal Gul of Mohalla Shah Faisal Attock City for hashish of 600 grams, ASI  Pervez Akhtar of Police Station Hazro arrested Jahanzeb son of Aurangzeb of village Nartopa for 1100 grams hashish, ASI Mohammad Asif arrested Jamshed Khan son of Aman Khan of Ghourghashti  for hashish of 520 grams, SI Adil Khan of police station Rangoo took into custody Mohammad Shafique son of Obaid ullah of Waisa for hashish of 1200 grams, SI Mohammad Ilyas arrested Ismail Khan son of Anwar Ali of Swabi for holding 500 grams hashish, ASI Sarfaraz Ahmed of police station Attock City arrested Ejaz Hussain son of Lal Hussain resident of Sarwala for possessing 10 bottles imported liquor. Later on, cases were registered and further investigation were underway. The arrested outlaws were also produced before the courts of relevant judicial magistrates for seeking their physical remands for completion of their police challans, accordingly.
