Full court to hear pleas against SC (Practice and Procedure) Act on Oct 3

ISLAMABAD, Sep 30 (DNA): The Supreme Court of Pakistan has released the
cause list of important cases for the next week.

According to the cause list issued by the apex court, the full court
will hear the case against the Supreme Court (Practice and Procedure)
Act 2023 on October 3.

Hearing on applications against fuel price and tariff adjustment in
electricity bills will be held on October 2 and a three-member bench
headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa will hold the hearing while
Justice Athar Minullah and Justice Aminuddin Khan will join the bench.

The hearing on the application against the detention of former Punjab
chief minister and PTI President Ch Parvez Elahi will be held on
Thursday and a three-member bench headed by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood
will hold the hearing while Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Musarat
Hilali will be part of the bench.
