Maulana Tariq Jameel visits ICCI: Urges adherence to Quranic Teachings for success

ISLAMABAD AUG 30 (DNA) : Renowned religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel emphasized the importance of adhering to the golden principles of Quran and ahadith to overcome the daily life challenges and earn Allah’s blessings.

He stressed the need for religious harmony and tolerance to create a peaceful and inclusive society, highlighting the importance of mutual respect and understanding.
During his talk at the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, largely attended by the business community leaders, students and civil members, Maulana Tariq Jameel urged people to focus on common values and shared humanity, rather than differences.

He emphasized the need to strictly follow the teachings of the Quran and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in all aspects of life, including business, trade, governance, and agriculture, for individual and collective success and development.
He also emphasized the importance of truthfulness, honesty, and good manners, saying, ‘We must speak the truth at all costs, avoid cheating in dealings, and always behave with kindness and respect.

He also highlighted the importance of independence which the Almighty has granted us in the shape of Pakistan by urging to work hard for its progress and prosperity.
“Earlier, Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari, President Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, delivered a welcome address, highlighting the challenges facing the country, particularly the business community in terms of ease of doing business.

He also touched on the pressing issues of political and religious polarization, terrorism and their adverse impact on Pakistan’s economic development. Bakhtawari also sought the esteemed guest’s guidance on the way forward.
He also informed the guest about ICCI’s initiatives to promote awareness of Quranic teachings and Ahadith among business leaders through weekly roundtables and seminars, which Maulana Tariq Jameel highly appreciated.
Senior Vice President Faad Waheed in his vote of thanks expressed gratitude to the distinguished guest for visiting the Chamber and enhancing their awareness about the Quranic teachings through his insight and wisdom.
United Business Group Secretary General Zafar Bakhtawari, VP Eng.Azhar ul Islam Zafar, former office bearers, ICCI executives and members in large number attended the lecture.
