Israel’s expansionist plans spark Int’l concern, says Palestinian Ministry

RAMALLAH: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirms that the heinous massacre committed by the Israeli occupation forces in Mawasi Khan Younis, which has so far led to the martyrdom of more than 40 martyrs, more than 60 wounded and a number of missing persons, is an escalation of the war of genocide and displacement as an unending series of massacres, and as an official Israeli policy that is determined to transform the entire Gaza Strip into an empty land unfit for human life.

The Ministry believes that the international failure to implement the resolutions of international legitimacy and the orders of the International Court of Justice to force the occupying state to stop its aggression against our people encourages the occupying state to continue committing more massacres, and affirms that an immediate ceasefire is the only way to protect Palestinian civilians and create an appropriate environment to complete the exchange deal.

The Ministry considers that the continued impunity of Israel and its leaders and the provision of protection to them gives them more time to commit the most heinous forms of killing, ethnic cleansing and displacement against Palestinian citizens.
