SC issues detailed judgement in reserved seats case
The 70 page detailed judgement says that PTI is a political party and its deserves the reserved seats.
The apex court also declared null and void Peshawar High Court verdict and declared March 1 order of the Election Commission of Pakistan.
The court also raised questions on the conduct of two judges Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Aminuddin who issued a dissenting note even before the detailed judgement. Normally the dissenting notes are written once the detailed judgement is announced.
