COAS Inter Club Hockey Championship: Final Round Enters Fourth Day

LAHORE, FEB 7 /DNA/ – The final round of the COAS Inter Club Hockey Championship continued on its fourth day, with two thrilling matches taking place.

In the opening match of the day, Civil Quarter Peshawar secured a convincing 2-0 victory over Burni Hockey Club Quetta. Captain Afraz Hakeem and Amir scored the decisive goals for the winning team.

The second match of the day ended in a nail-biting 1-1 draw between National Hockey Club Karachi and Rising Star Hockey Club Islamabad. Captain Usman Ashraf scored the lone goal for National Hockey Club Karachi, while Tayyab Raza netted the equalizer for Rising Star Hockey Club Islamabad.

The championship, featuring the top 10 clubs from across the country, showcases the best of Pakistani hockey talent. The event has attracted a notable audience, including renowned Olympians and hockey officials.
