ISLAMABAD, FEB 7 /DNA/ – In aegis of Pakistan Ulema Council, Palestine Day was observed here on Friday in all over Pakistan with the title “Palestine belongs to Palestinians”.
Ulemas-Mashaykh on the call of Pakistan Ulema Council in Friday sermons expressed solidarity with the people of Palestine and make special prayers for the people of Palestine.
The Ulemas Mashaykh said that Gaza belongs to the people of Gaza adding that statement on part of US President Donald Trump to seize Gaza is very concerning and a bid to distort the world peace.
The Ulemas Mashaykh said that US President instead of taking notice on the cruelties of the people of Gaza used to take stand with Israel and hurts the peace loving elements of the world.
Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi addressed Friday congregations in Grand Mosque, Baharia Town Lahore, while leadership of Pakistan Ulema Council addressed Friday congregations in their respective areas and districts all over the country .
The Ulemas Mashaykh said that Pakistan and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have unanimous stance on the issue of Palestine adding that both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia wants to see solution of Palestine issue as per the whims and desires of the people of Palestine.
The Ulemas Mashaykh demanded restoration work in Gaza and asked for relief activities in Gaza.
The Ulemas Mashaykh said that US President Donald Trump following his meeting with US Prime Minister gave an irresponsible statement in a press briefing, which has created turmoil all over the world.
The Ulemas noted that US President wants to relocate people of Palestine and aims to give complete powers to Israel in the region.
Any such move will make severe impacts in the region, which US President Trump can’t even imagine, said Ulemas Mashaykh.
The Ulemas Mashaykh said that Palestine belongs to the people of Palestine adding that the stance of Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman represents the stance of the entire Muslim Ummah on the issue of Palestine.
The Ulemas Mashaykh said that Palestine will be an Independent state with Al-Quds as it’s capital city adding that entire Muslim Ummah sands united on the issue of Palestine.
