LAHORE, AUG 1 /DNA/ – Pakistan Muslim League (N) President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif held a key meeting with UAE Ambassador Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al-Zaabi to strengthen bilateral relations and economic cooperation.

The discussions focused on enhancing Pakistan-UAE partnerships in trade, education, renewable energy, and infrastructure development. Nawaz Sharif emphasized the deep-rooted friendship between the two nations, calling it “a bond beyond diplomacy, strengthened by mutual trust.” He commended UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s visionary leadership and the UAE’s advancements in sustainability and technology.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz highlighted Punjab’s business-friendly policies and invited UAE investors to explore opportunities in healthcare, education, and clean energy. “Punjab is ready for investment with a progressive infrastructure and innovation-driven policies,” she stated.

The meeting also celebrated the visa-free entry for officials, boosting diplomatic ties. Both sides agreed to expand trade and collaboration for long-term growth.
