DUBAI, AUG 13: None of the Pakistani batters managed to make into the top 10 of the International Cricket Council (ICC) T20I rankings.
According to details, the ICC has issued a latest T20I and ODI rankings on Wednesday. Pakistan former captain Babar Azam has reached number 18th after facing regression. The Indian batting sensation, Abhishek Sharma has continued to retain the number one spot in the shortest format.
Australia batter Tim David has managed to make it to the top 10 after having a blistering outing against South Africa in the T20I series.
For the ICC T20I bowling rankings, New Zealand Jacob Duffy has retained the number one spot. None of the Pakistani bowlers could make it to the top 10 rankings.
Josh Hazelwood has moved to 20th position, whereas Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf placed on 24th position.
Indian premium all-rounder Hardik Pandya retained the number one spot in the ICC T20I all-rounder rankings.
On the other side in the ODI rankings, India vice-captain Shubman Gill has retained the number one spot. Babar Azam placed in the number three position. Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan has placed in 23rd position. Saim Ayub placed in 46th position.
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka Maheesh Theekshana has secured the number one spot. West Indies spinner Gudakesh Motie has jumped to the 12th position following solid performances in the recently held ODI series against Pakistan in the Caribbean.
Pakistan pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi reached 13th position. West Indies’ Jayden Seales has made a big jump following his extraordinary performances against Pakistan. Seales has reached 33rd position.
Pakistan leg-spinner Abrar Ahmed has reached 54th position.
Afghanistan all-rounder Azmatullah Omerzai has secured the number one position in the ICC ODI all-rounder rankings.
