Pakistan showcases textile strength at ATS Canada 2025
OTTAWA, Oct 8 (APP):Pakistani textile and apparel manufacturers showcased a diverse range of high-quality products at the Apparel Textile Sourcing (ATS) Show 2025, held at Mississauga, Canada.

The Apparel Textile Sourcing Show is one of Canada’s premier international trade exhibitions for the apparel and textile industry, drawing participants from across North America, Asia, and beyond.

The 2025 edition featured exhibitors from Pakistan, China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Canada and several other countries, making it a dynamic platform for global sourcing and industry networking, according to a press release issued on Wednesday.

Pakistani exhibitors presented an array of sportswear, technical textiles, and protective apparel, reflecting the country’s growing expertise in value-added, high-performance, and sustainable textile products.

During the three-day-long exhibition, participants reported an encouraging engagement with buyers and industry stakeholders, noting a stronger response as compared to previous years. The event also provided valuable insights into emerging North American trends, including the rising demand for sustainably and ethically produced textiles.

Meanwhile, High Commissioner Muhammad Saleem called on the MP Ms. Lena Metlege Diab, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) in Ottawa.

Appreciating the immense contribution of the Pakistani Diaspora to Canada’s socio-economic fabric, the High Commissioner shared ideas on further cementing people-to-people connections.
