ISLAMABAD, NOV 18: Cloudflare on Tuesday suffered disruptions and triggered downtime on popular websites like X, as confirmed by the official Cloudflare Status page. Cloudflare provides core internet infrastructure, offering tools that secure websites from cyberattacks and keep them running smoothly even under heavy traffic.
“Cloudflare is aware of, and investigating an issue which potentially impacts multiple customers: Widespread 500 errors, Cloudflare Dashboard and API also failing,” the company said in a new update.
“We are working to understand the full impact and mitigate this problem. More updates to follow shortly,” it added.
Tracking website, Down Detector, was also hit by technical problems itself.
NetBlocks, a cybersecurity watchdog, also confirmed the global issue, saying “incident not related to country-level internet disruptions or filtering.”
