VEHARI, DEC 21 (APP/DNA): Deputy Commissioner Vehari Khalid Javed Goraya imposed Section 144 across the district to maintain law and order.
Under the orders, all kinds of public gatherings are banned. Rallies, processions, protests, sit-ins and demonstrations will not be allowed. The display of weapons and delivery of hate speeches have also been prohibited. Blocking of roads is strictly banned.
The Deputy Commissioner said the restrictions will remain in force until December 22, 2025. He warned that strict legal action will be taken against violators.
