QUETTA, JAN 31: The funeral prayers were offered for the police officers who were martyred after eliminating terrorists involved in acts of terrorism in Balochistan.
According to details, senior officials, including Federal Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, Corps Commander Balochistan, provincial ministers, members of the assembly and the Balochistan inspector general of police, attended the funeral prayers of the martyrs.
On the occasion, Naqvi said that the nation salutes the brave sons who sacrificed their precious lives for the security of the country. He added that today our law-enforcement agencies successfully foiled these attacks with vigilance and determination.
The Balochistan chief minister said that the cowardly acts of terrorists cannot weaken our resolve; rather, they strengthen the nation. He added that terrorist elements will never succeed against the state’s power and the determination of the people.
