SIALKOT, May 5: Vice Chairman (VC) Sialkot International Airport Limited (SIAL) Waqas Afzal, convened a comprehensive meeting with key stakeholders, including the Assistant Commissioner of Sambrial, to discuss preventive measures in view of the upcoming monsoon season and its potential impacts.
Members of the Board of Directors SIAL also participated in the session. The meeting focused
on preparedness, risk mitigation, and the importance of coordinated efforts among all relevant
departments to effectively manage challenges arising from monsoon-related conditions.
Participants emphasized the need for timely planning, improved response mechanisms,
and close collaboration to ensure safety and minimize disruptions during the rainy season.
