ITP facilitation vans, Police Station on Wheels to provide services across capital

ISLAMABAD, May 31: Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) and Islamabad Police have announced the schedule of Facilitation Vans and Police Station on Wheels to provide doorstep services to citizens at different locations across the federal capital from June 1 to June 7.

An ITP official told APP on Sunday that citizens would be able to avail driving licence renewal, learner permits, duplicate licences, token-related services and other traffic facilities through ITP Facilitation Vans.

The official said Police Station on Wheels (PS on Wheels) would provide services including issuance of character certificates, registration of tenants and domestic employees, missing documents reports and other public facilitation services.

On June 1 (Monday), PS on Wheels will be stationed at Centaurus Mall, Van-II at Tarnol Benazir, Van-I at F-10 Bolan Gate, and Van-III at Traffic Office Faizabad.

On June 2 (Tuesday), PS on Wheels will be available at G-9 Markaz, Van-II at Naval Complex E-8, Van-I at Bahria Phase-II, and Van-III at Naka Adventure Inn.

On June 3 (Wednesday), PS on Wheels will be deployed near Al-Shifa Hospital H-8, Van-II at Aabpara Market, Van-I at Air Headquarters E-9, and Van-III at Traffic Office Faizabad.

On June 4 (Thursday), PS on Wheels will be stationed at I-8 Markaz, Van-II near PWD Tandoori, Van-I at DHA-II Gate-4, and Van-III at Naka Foreign Office.

On June 5 (Friday), PS on Wheels will be available at KFC Blue Area, Van-II at Bari Imam, Van-I at G-11 Save Mart, and Van-III at Savour Foods Blue Area.

On June 6 (Saturday), PS on Wheels will be stationed at G-11 Markaz, Van-II at District Administration Office G-11, Van-I at DHA-5 Gate-I, and Van-III at Traffic Office Faizabad.

On June 7 (Sunday), PS on Wheels will be available at F-9 Park, Van-II at Traffic Office Rawal Town, Van-I at Police Lines H-11, and Van-III at Islamabad Club.

The official said the facilitation units would remain operational daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., while citizens could contact the Islamabad Police Facilitation Helpline 1915 for further information regarding services and locations.
