ISLAMABAD, Sep 03 (DNA):Pakistan-founded technology education company Edversity has secured strategic investment from Rapidev Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to expand its AI-powered learning platform across the Kingdom, wider GCC and international markets after training more than 12,500 learners in emerging technologies.
The investment was announced during LEAP 2026 in Riyadh and marks a new phase in Edversity’s expansion, bringing the company into the Rapidev Group of Companies, said a press release here.
The partnership will combine Edversity’s education and talent network with Rapidev’s technology, engineering and international experience to help the platform reach more learners and connect technology education with employment opportunities.
Founded in Pakistan in 2021, Edversity provides training in artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, cloud computing, data, blockchain and other emerging technologies.
Its programmes combine teaching by industry professionals with practical projects, mentorship, skills assessment and career development. The company said it had achieved over 70 per cent placement outcomes in selected batches, with graduates moving into technology jobs, freelance work and remote careers.
Edversity Founder and CEO Saad Siddiqui told DNA that there was a major gap between the technology skills people learn and what employers actually need.
We are building Edversity around that missing link, connecting learning, practical experience, verified skills and employment, he said.
Siddiqui said the partnership with Rapidev would provide the technology, operational strength and international reach needed to take this model to a much larger scale.
The investment will help Edversity expand across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, enter more international markets and increase its programmes in AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data and other emerging technologies.
The company also plans to strengthen AI-powered personalised learning, skills verification and assessment, while building stronger links between learners and employers.
Saudi Arabia will play a key role in the company’s international expansion. Edversity has established a presence in Riyadh through The Garage and plans to use the Kingdom as a regional base to develop partnerships with employers, technology companies, educational institutions and other organisations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
The company said its expansion was also in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Human Capability Development Program, particularly efforts to develop future-ready skills, strengthen digital capabilities and prepare talent for emerging industries.

Founded in 2017, Rapidev Group has more than 200 engineers and developers, has developed over 30 hardware and software solutions and completed more than 50 major projects. It serves customers in more than 10 countries.
The partnership will provide Edversity with strategic investment as well as access to engineering expertise, technology infrastructure, international networks and operational support as it moves from Pakistan and Saudi Arabia towards wider global markets.
