Restaurant Association to open dining from July 1: DG NCOC

KARACHI, June 26 (DNA): Director General NCOC Major General Asif Mehmood
Goraya assured the delegation of All Karachi Restaurant Association to
open dining from July 1.

Akra leaders Asad Hanif, Faisan Rawat, Abdul Samad, Wasim Balwani and
Saeed. Qureshi Hanifia’s meetings with DG NCOC and Federal Minister
Fawad Chaudhry, assess the problems of restaurant owners Major General
Asif Mehmood Goraya and Fawad Chaudhry’s talks with Akra delegation.
According to details, Asad Hanif, chairman of All Karachi Restaurant
Association and CEO of Haveli Restaurant, Fisan Rawat, general secretary
and head of Pizza Point, Muhammad Saeed Qureshi Hanifia, vice chairman,
Abdul Samad and Wasim Balwani visited the National Command and Control
Center Director General meets Major General Asif Mehmood Goraya in
Islamabad.

On the occasion, the delegation of All Karachi Restaurant Association
said that the closure of the restaurant due to lockdown for the last 15
months has caused severe financial crisis to the owners while millions
of workers have lost their jobs. He said that keeping in view the
current situation, the restaurant should be allowed to open a diet. We
will fully cooperate with and share in the efforts made by the
government.

On the occasion, Director General National Command and Control Center
Asif Mehmood Goraya assured the Akra delegation that steps would be
taken to allow the restaurant to open dining from July 1 keeping in view
the situation in Corona. A decision in this regard will be taken at the
next meeting of the CK. On this occasion, the leaders of the All Karachi
Restaurant Association also met Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry and
