Asian Hockey Cup: Semi Final: China defeat Pakistan on Penalty shoot-out. Earlier Pakistan, China Semi Final ends 1-1 draw. Pakistan has been quite weak on shoot-outs, so the result was quite predictable. Pakistan has to do something about penalty corners and penalty shoot-outs. These areas are extremely weak.
Pakistan most of the time played defence, that allowed Chinese to pounce upon Pakistani goal post. Additionally a couple of ample missed chances also contributed towards Pakistan defeat.
Interestingly Pakistan could not score even a single goal on the penalty shoot out.
