PESHAWAR—At least five persons including four children were injured as a result of high intensity bomb blast in front of Peshawar Public School Warsak Road Peshawar on Tuesday morning.

Conditions of two injured stated in danger. Police Superintendent Arshad Khan talking to media said that it was an Improvise Explosive Device (IED), planted in central media by unknown persons. Blast occurred at around 9.10 a, m when almost students entered schools. Warsak Road is known for schools and colleges, mostly private and semi government.

So far no any individual or group has claimed responsibility. However, Capital City Police Chief Syed Ashfaq Anwar has termed it an act of terror.

He said that further probe is in progress. Superintendent Police Arshad Khan said that two of four injured boys are vendors, selling chips outside iof school.
