BAKU, Jun 5 (AZERTAC/APP/DNA):Speaker of Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova has sent a congratulatory letter to Numan Kurtulmus on the occasion of his re-election as Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye.
In the letter, Gafarova extended her congratulations on behalf of herself and the deputies of the Milli Majlis, conveying her best wishes for his continued success.
She emphasized that the friendly and fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, rooted in shared national and spiritual values, are developing successfully. Under the slogan “One nation, two states,” the two countries enjoy dynamically growing intergovernmental ties, including close interparliamentary cooperation.
In addition to the letter, Speaker Gafarova also held a telephone conversation with Speaker Kurtulmus. During the call, she once again congratulated him and wished him success in his future endeavors.
