He commended their resilience and dedication, especially in the face of significant challenges such as financial constraints, last-minute confirmation of participation, and logistical difficulties.

He praised the Pakistan Table Tennis Federation for selecting and facilitating the team’s participation and expressed gratitude to individuals who personally financed the athletes. Their efforts were recognized as a shining example of the kind of support and commitment needed within the sports sector.

Chairman Rana Mashood emphasized that PMYP is committed to transform the opportunities available for youth sports development in Pakistan. To address this, PMYP plans to continue expanding into various sports disciplines, ensuring that talented youth from all backgrounds are empowered and supported to excel.

Special recognition was also given to the parents for their unwavering support, particularly those from modest backgrounds whose sacrifices have played a critical role in their children’s success. Chairman Khan assured them of PMYP’s continued support, emphasizing that the focus should remain on nurturing talent rather than overcoming access-related hurdles.

The meeting concluded with a strong commitment from PMYP to stand by these young champions and to continue developing inclusive pathways for aspiring athletes across Pakistan.
