ISLAMABAD, DEC 19 (DNA): Former Additional Session Judge Malik Atta Rasool Joiya, father of DIG Islamabad Police Muhammad Haroon Joiya and father-in-law of CDA Member Administration Talat Mahmood Gondal has been laid to rest.
Expressing deep sorrow over his demise, Patron-in-Chief of the Pakistan Workers Federation and General Secretary of the CDA Mazdoor Union Chaudhry Muhammad Yaseen, General Secretary Pakistan Workers Federation Asad Mahmood, President CDA Mazdoor Union Aurangzeb Khan, Chairman Raja Shakir Zaman Kiani, Chief Organizer Muhammad Aasim Malik, Azhar Khan Tanoli, Muhammad Sarfaraz Malik, Chaudhry Wajid Gujar, General Secretary PCP Workers Union Chaudhry Bilal, President All Pakistan Sports Board Union Mohsin Zia, General Secretary Schlumberger Workers Union Malik Abdul Hameed, President State Bank Union Shafqatullah Waraich and others issued a joint condolence statement.
They stated that the late Malik Attar Rasool Joiya spent his entire life upholding high principles and values and that his life remains a shining example for all. They added that his selfless services will always be remembered in golden words.
The leaders prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the departed soul a high place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and to bless the bereaved family with patience and strength during this difficult time.
