ISLAMABAD, DEC 3 /DNA/ – A delegation of Alpial Welfare Trust visited the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) and had a meeting with the President of the Chamber Saqib Rafiq.
The delegation was led by the Chairman of the Trust, Brigadier Retired Muhammad Javed Khan Alpial while on this occasion Vice President Faisal Shahzad and the Board of Trustees (Members) were also present. The delegation briefed President Chamber Saqib Rafiq on the ongoing welfare projects under the Trust.
Chairman Javed Al Payal gave a detailed briefing about the 50-bed Fatima Al-Tazhara Mother and Child Hospital located on Chakri Road, run by the trust. He said that the hospital will become functional soon. He also informed about the challenges faced in fundraising for purchasing medical and non-medical equipment. President RCCI Mr. Saqib Rafiq assured all kind of cooperation and assistance in this regard.
