Sean “Diddy” Combs has been slapped with another alleged abuse lawsuit filed by a woman.
According to TMZ, a woman named Bryana “Bana” Bongolan claimed that the 55-year-old rapper dangled her from a 17-story balcony.
The victim, who filed the lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this week, accused the music mogul of dangling her over the edge of a balcony at his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016.
She stated that she was staying with her friend when Diddy came over late at night.
Bryana claimed that he began groping her, and when she tried to resist, he allegedly held her over the balcony.
According to the victim, she was eventually pulled back up onto the balcony by Diddy.
Bryana has sued the music mogul for s***** battery, false imprisonment and other claims and is seeking $10 million (£7.85 million) in damages.
Diddy’s legal team, in response, has released a statement denying these claims.
The rapper, who is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, has been charged with racketeering conspiracy, s** trafficking, and transportation for prostitution.
Diddy has entered a plea of not guilty and has also denied more than two dozen sexual assault accusations.
