RAMALLAH, July 17, 2025 | Government Communication Center – The Council of Ministers will convene an emergency session this evening, Thursday, 17 July, to discuss the unprecedented and serious challenges arising from the continued withholding of Palestinian clearance revenues by the Israeli occupation authorities.
The session will address the grave repercussions this policy is having on the ability of Palestinian state institutions to deliver essential public services, as well as on the delays in disbursing public sector salaries—developments that pose significant risks to stability, security, and the protection of the Palestinian people’s resources and national institutions.
Following the session, the Cabinet will issue a statement outlining the decisions and outcomes of the meeting.
