FAISALABAD, Oct 10 (DNA): On the directives of Director General Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Muhammad Asif Chaudhary, the Finance Directorate is being fully digitized, like other departments of the FDA to ensure complete transparency in accounting entries, collection of various fees and dues, office expenditures, and other financial transactions.

He stated that leveraging modern technology was an urgent necessity in this regard.
He said that the development of modern software aligned with future requirements could make the monitoring of financial affairs, maintenance of records and management of various financial activities more efficient and reliable. For this purpose, the services of relevant technical experts would be engaged.
He directed the Finance Directorate officials to formulate comprehensive proposals for the digitalization of financial operations and identify the problems, shortcomings, and areas for improvement in the existing system.
