ISLAMABAD, Oct 07 (DNA):The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Islamabad Zone’s Pre-Departure Facilitation Desk at Islamabad International Airport (IIAP) is providing passengers with travel document guidance, immigration assistance and complaint handling under one roof.
An FIA official told on Wednesday that Assistant Director Siraj-ur-Rehman Jasra, in-charge of the Pre-Departure Facilitation Desk, briefed about the purpose of the desk and facilities available for passengers.
He said the desk had been shifted from the FIA Zonal Office to Islamabad International Airport to provide necessary guidance and assistance to passengers before their departure abroad.
The desk provides the following facilities:
Travel Documents: Guidance and necessary information about travel documents.
Immigration Guidance: Assistance to passengers regarding immigration procedures.
Complaint Handling: Help in addressing passengers’ complaints and related issues.
Assistant Director Jasra said the facility was aimed at making it easier for passengers to get the required guidance and assistance at one place at the airport before travelling abroad.
