BISHKEK: On the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting, the Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held talks with Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
