KARACHI, DEC 06 (DNA) — Mr. Irfan Iqbal Sheikh, President FPCCI, has apprised that the much-awaited, most prestigious and annual achievement awards of FPCCI will be held on 23rd December in Islamabad’s Serena Hotel; and, this year’s USP would be the unprecedented ensemble of ambassadors of major and friendly economies – who will present the awards to winners.
H.E. Mr. Mohamed Karmoune, Acting Dean of Diplomatic Corps Islamabad& Ambassador Extraordinary & Plenipotentiary of Morocco, will be the Chief Guest of Honor for the Ceremony. This will be the 11th edition of the annual awards, he added.
It is pertinent to note that FPCCI is the apex body of Pakistan – representing all 250 chambers, associations and trade bodies of the country in trade, industry and services sectors – and, FPCCI’s achievement awards ceremony attracts all the major stakeholders of Pakistan’s economy.
Mr. Irfan Iqbal Sheikh maintained that this is the first time that a number of dignitaries representing Pakistan’s trading partners and major foreign investors would honor this prestigious ceremony; and, it will provide a unique opportunity to Pakistan’s business community to tap enormous potential of the event to tap into huge commercial possibilities across the globe.
