Governor KP greets newly elected office bearers of RISJA

ISLAMABAD, MAY 30 (DNA): Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi, Federal Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi, President of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Tariq Bugti, and Secretary General Olympian Rana Mujahid have extended their heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected office bearers of the Rawalpindi Islamabad Sports Journalists Association (RISJA).

In their congratulatory messages, the dignitaries felicitated RISJA President Abu Bakar bin Talat, General Secretary Arsalan Shirazi, Finance Secretary Nasir Naqvi, Patron Abdul Muhi Shah, Chairman Shakeel Awan, and the entire elected team.

Governor KP Faisal Karim Kundi and Minister Hanif Abbasi expressed hope that the new leadership would play a vital role in promoting sports journalism and contributing to the positive projection of Pakistan’s soft image globally. They acknowledged RISJA’s longstanding commitment and commendable service in the field of sports media.

PHF President Tariq Bugti and Secretary General Olympian Rana Mujahid also conveyed their best wishes to the newly elected RISJA body. “The role of RISJA in promoting our national game—hockey—has always been admirable, and we are confident that the new leadership will continue this tradition with even greater enthusiasm and professionalism,” they stated.
