HEC begins aptitude tests for Sri Lankan students

ISLAMABAD, JUL 15 /DNA/ – Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan has successfully conducted an aptitude test at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, Anuradhapura for Sri Lankan students aspiring to pursue higher studies in top Pakistani universities under Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship Programme for Sri Lankan Nationals.

A team of HEC officials from Pakistan ensured transparent conduct of the examination. The HEC team will conduct entry tests in Batticaloa, Kandy, Galle, Colombo, and Islamabad in the coming days. The tests aim to identify and support outstanding Sri Lankan students to study in Pakistan’s leading universities.

The enthusiastic participation of students reflects the growing interest in Pakistan’s educational offerings and the mutual desire to enhance regional academic connectivity. Students are selected through a competitive selection process, keeping in view their basic eligibility criteria for enrolment in Pakistani universities.
