ISLAMABAD, Apr 20: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has cancelled the cause list of cases for Monday, due to the closure of the Red Zone.
According to a notification issued by the IHC Registrar, the Chief Justice has approved the cancellation of all judicial work for the day. Consequently, the cause list for April 20 stands cancelled.
However, all officers and officials of the court have been directed to work from home and shall not leave their respective stations without prior approval from the competent authority.
The notification further clarified that the District Courts of Islamabad will remain open and conduct judicial work as usual.
The order has been issued for wide publicity through print and electronic media.
