ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has disallowed PTI Chairman Imran Khan production in the IHC saying it is in the interest of the PTI Chairman that his trial continues in Jail. The IHC Chief Justice in his order said there was no problem in Imran Khan trial in jail.
The PTI lawyers had contended that the trial should be held in an open court.
Meanwhile the Eelection Commission has allowed plea seeking action against the advisers who have been appointed on political grounds.
The ECP has sent notices to Tauqeer Shah, Ahad Cheema and Fawad Hassan Fawad. All these persons have affiliations with the the PML N.
The hearing of this case will not be held on October 26.
