ISLAMABAD, JUL 4: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari said on Friday that India wants war under the guise of terrorist attacks.
In an exclusive interview with Al Jazeera, the former foreign minister said, “This attitude would not favour either Pakistan or India. The fear of war between the two nuclear powers has increased more than ever.”
“We cannot punish the generations of today due to the past mistakes. We [Pakistan] will take strict action against terrorists in accordance with the FATF,” he said.
Bhutto-Zardari had reiterated support for the right to self-determination for Kashmiris in accordance with the UNSC resolutions.
The former foreign minister said that he could not remain silent on the human rights violation in India.
“India does not extend its cooperation in investigation. If India provides evidence, then we [Pakistan] will start an investigation,” Bhutto-Zardari said.
