Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Thursday said India’s relation with Pakistan would be strictly bilateral, adding that Indus Waters Treaty would remain in abeyance until talks with Pakistan on terrorism is completed.
“The Indus Waters Treaty is held in abeyance and will continue to be held in abeyance until the cross-border terrorism by Pakistan is credibly and irrevocably stopped,” said the Indian foreign minister while speaking to the media in New Delhi.
