Israel's relentless bombing in Gaza on Eid kills 64 innocent Palestinians

GAZA CITY, MAR 30: The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) has expressed outrage over the killing of eight medics in Rafah, southern Gaza. The ambulance team came under heavy fire in al-Hashashin on 23 March, and their bodies were retrieved after access was denied for a week. One medic remains missing.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) confirmed that the bodies were found alongside those of six Gaza civil defense workers and one UN employee. While Hamas has accused the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) of the attack, the IDF has not commented on the Red Cross statement.

The Israeli military, however, admitted on Saturday that it had fired on ambulances in southern Gaza, identifying them as “suspicious vehicles.” It claimed that militants were using emergency vehicles for terrorist activities. The IFRC has called the attack a violation of international humanitarian law, emphasizing that medical personnel must be protected in conflict zones.
