MULTAN, JAN 10: As most parts of the country are under the grip of severe cold, 40 percent of the pneumonia cases have been reported in Children Hospital and Nishtar Hospital in Multan.
In Faisalabad, more than 200 children had been admitted to the emergency room of the Children Hospital.
According to the medical experts, the children are suffering more from pneumonia.
The doctors urged the parents to pay special attention to their children in a bid to protect them from an intensifying cold. It is important to take children to the hospital immediately if they are suffering from a minor fever.
