RAWALPINDI, Apr 15: Deputy Commissioner Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi on Tuesday inspected various key locations in Murree to review administrative arrangements and public facilities.
During the visit, he checked traffic flow, cleanliness, parking arrangements, and anti-encroachment measures on Mall Road, Jhika Gali, and adjoining areas, officials said.
He directed authorities to prioritise facilitating tourists and residents, issuing on-the-spot instructions when shortcomings were observed.
The DC said Murree, as a major tourist destination, required well-organised management and strict enforcement of policies.
He reiterated zero tolerance against encroachments and stressed improved traffic management to ensure a pleasant environment for visitors.
