Tashkent, NOV 8: President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev dismissed Kabul Tursunov from the post of khokim of Navoi region. This was announced by the press secretary of the President Sherzod Asadov.
Kabul Tursunov had been working as a khokim since December 2016. According to the regional khokimiyat, Tursunov left the post of khokim of his own free will due to the need for treatment.
The head of Uzbekistan has appointed an acting khokim of Navoi region. The region will be headed by Normat Tursunov. It should be noted that since 2018, he worked as the head of the State Tax Administration of Tashkent.
