ISLAMABAD, Jan 16 (APP/DNA):The National Productivity Organization (NPO) is going to organize a webinar titled “Logistic Management in e-commerce” on January 22 (Wednesday).
E-commerce logistics management is the process of managing the supply chain to meet the needs of online commerce. It involves all the tasks related to storing, moving, and delivering goods to the customer, said an NPO document issued here.
The goal of e-commerce logistics management is to provide a timely and accurate delivery experience to ensure customer satisfaction by eliminating processing errors.
The workshop provides information about e-commerce, logistic management, components and entities of e-commerce Logistics, e-commerce logistics vs brick and mortar logistics, challenges in e-commerce logistics, and trends and innovation in e-commerce logistics.
