Painting competition held to mark 75th anniversary of Pak-China diplomatic relations

SARGODHA, May 5: A prize distribution ceremony for winners of a painting competition was held at Government Ambala Muslim Graduate College on Tuesday to mark the 75th anniversary of Pakistan-China diplomatic relations.

According to a spokesperson,Sargodha Commissioner,Hafiz Shaukat Ali attended the event as chief guest and underscored the importance of creative activities in honing students’ skills and reinforcing the longstanding ties between the two countries.
Addressing the ceremony,he said the Pakistan-China friendship had stood the test of time and stressed the need to educate younger generations about the importance of this strategic partnership.


He also appreciated the college administration for organizing the event and promoting a healthy competitive environment.
Students from various institutions participated in the competition, presenting artwork that reflected the deep-rooted friendship between Pakistan and China.


Later,the commissioner distributed prizes among the position holders.


Alishba Nasir from Government Graduate College for Women Chandni Chowk secured first position across the division.
Director Education Colleges,Dr.Naheed Naz also accompanied the commissioner on the occasion.
