ISLAMABAD, OCT 22: A Pakistan–India match in the T20 World Cup is likely to take place on February 8 in Colombo. Sources divulged on Wednesday, the tournament is expected to be held in Sri Lanka and India, with 20 teams participating. The T20 World Cup is scheduled to begin in February 2026.
It is pertinent to note that during the Champions Trophy 2025, India declined to tour Pakistan. Subsequently, the International Cricket Council (ICC) decided that Pakistan would also not travel to India and that matches between the two sides would take place at a neutral venue.
