Pakistan National Council of the Arts Celebrates Independence Day with a Grand Event

ISLAMABAD, AUG 14 (DNA): The Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) in collaboration with Pakistan Cultural Forum and Directorate of Ideology Pakistan,

hosted a grand Independence Day celebration, featuring a diverse range of performances and activities that showcased the country’s rich cultural heritage.

The event included performances by renowned artists, such as the Hariz Bazmi Group, Raasta Band, Raheel Mustafa, Liya Faras, Humaira Younis, and the Khushak Group, among others. The program also featured speeches by distinguished guests including chief guest  Ms. Farah Naz(member national assembly).

Distinguished guest of honor, Ms. Farah Naz  addressed the gathering with heartfelt speech, reflecting on the nation’s journey, resilience, and the vital role of arts in fostering unity and national identity. She said,

Our greatest joy lies in the fact that we have emerged victorious in the battle for truth.

Pakistan and freedom are blessings from Almighty Allah, for which we offer gratitude with every breath we take.Our armed forces have not only defended our borders but have also elevated Pakistan’s honor across the world.

Let us all join hands to keep alive the spirit of unity, sacrifice, and patriotism forever.

The event also featured a cake-cutting ceremony and a photo session, which was attended by distinguished guests and performers.

The celebration concluded with resounding applause and a renewed sense of national pride, as attendees left inspired by the cultural richness and artistic brilliance on display. The event was a testament to the power of arts and culture to unite citizens and promote national identity.
