ISLAMABAD: PIA spokesperson Abdullah Khan said on Monday that Pakistan International Airlines flights are operating normally, unaffected by the software glitches that have disrupted Airbus A320 fleets globally and assured passengers that the airline’s services remain reliable and on schedule across all domestic and international routes.

Speaking to a local media channel, PIA spokesperson Abdullah Khan clarified that Pakistan International Airlines flights are operating smoothly and on schedule across all domestic and international routes.

He reassured passengers that the airline’s services remain unaffected by the software glitches currently impacting Airbus A320 fleets globally.

He further explained that PIA has robust systems and protocols in place to ensure operational continuity, emphasizing that passenger safety and punctuality remain the airline’s top priorities.

“Our team continuously monitors all flights, and we have contingency measures ready to handle any technical issues,” he added.

Concluding his remarks, Khan highlighted that PIA uses different software systems for its fleet, which keeps operations unaffected even as other international carriers face disruptions.

He encouraged travelers to plan their journeys with confidence, assuring that the airline remains committed to providing reliable and uninterrupted service.
