ISLAMABAD, Apr 05: A Professor from the University of Lodz, Poland, Maria Eleonora, will deliver a series of extension lectures at Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) starting from Monday, April 6.
The lecture series will continue for a week, under an agreement Erusmu ,between FUUAST and University of Lodz Poland, where she will engage in extensive lectures covering important topics such as Cyber Art as Soft Power, Art, Politics and Empire, Authoritarian Aesthetics, Global Exhibition Politics, and Identity in the Digital Age.
These lectures will focus on the role of technology, art, and digital media in global politics, soft power and international communication.
She will also give lectures on topics such as, Creativity in the Digital Sphere, Digital Political Communication, Memes and Street Art.
These sessions will help students understand modern media trends, digital storytelling and the role of online platforms in shaping public opinion.
University administration and students have welcomed the visiting professor and termed the lecture series as a valuable academic activity.
The faculty members also believe that such international lectures will broaden students’ worldview and provide them with practical knowledge of global media and communication trends.
