ISLAMABAD, Jun 22: A high-level investment delegation from Portugal called on the senior officials of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA).
The meeting was attended by Chief Engineer Hassan Shah, Project Coordinator Lifestyle style Residency Tanveer Haider Khokhar, and other senior officials of the authority.
The Portuguese delegation comprised Muhammad Sohail (Commercial Director, OLAE), José Paulo Oliveira (President, OLAE), Carlos Medeiros (Senior International Consultant, OLAE), and Suany Fernandes Oliveira (Legal Management Attorney).
During the meeting, both sides held comprehensive discussions on investment opportunities in Pakistan’s housing sector, mutual cooperation, modern residential developments, and potential joint business ventures.
The delegation was also given a comprehensive briefing on FGEHA’s ongoing development projects, future strategy, and investment prospects.
Welcoming the delegation, Project Coordinator Lifestyle style Residency Tanveer Haider Khokhar stated that FGEHA remains committed to the principles of transparency, quality, and timely project completion. He emphasized that the Authority is taking practical measures to provide a secure, investor-friendly, and enabling environment for both domestic and international investors.
He reaffirmed FGEHA’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with international investors to create new avenues for modern investment in Pakistan’s housing sector.
The delegation was also given a detailed presentation on FGEHA’s flagship projects, particularly Lifestyle style Residency Sky Garden, and the G-13 Five-Star Hotel Project. They were briefed on the development features, investment potential, and future roadmap of these projects.
Subsequently, the delegation, accompanied by FGEHA officials, visited the site allocated for the G-13 Five-Star Hotel Project.
The delegation reviewed the proposed development and expressed keen interest in its investment potential, describing it as a promising opportunity for future collaboration.
The Portuguese delegation also assured its continued engagement and support in exploring joint ventures and advancing new investment opportunities.
The meeting concluded in a cordial atmosphere, with both sides expressing confidence that this engagement would serve as a significant milestone in promoting cooperation in housing, investment, and sustainable development.
