ASTANA, MAY 22 (UZA/APP/DNA):At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Nataša Pirc Musar, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, has arrived in Ljubljana on an official visit.
At the aircraft ramp, the President of Uzbekistan was welcomed by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Tanja Fajon, along with other senior officials.
At Jože Pucnik International Airport, the national flags of both countries were raised in honor of the distinguished guest, and a guard of honor was lined up.
According to the visit program, the President of Uzbekistan will hold talks with the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Nataša Pirc Musar, meet with the leadership of the country’s parliament and government, and participate in a joint business forum.
The agenda includes discussions on the development of mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation, implementation of joint projects in industry, pharmaceuticals, electrical engineering, green energy, and agriculture, as well as collaboration in labor migration and the expansion of humanitarian ties.
