Punjab Govt providing the best health facilities to people: Jahangir Khanzada

ATTOCK, Nov 21 (DNA) – To make the citizens aware of adopting a healthy lifestyle and disease diagnosis, a ‘Health Week’ was inaugurated in the THQ Hospital Hazro .

Member District Monitoring Committee and former provincial Minister Jahangir Khanzada and Assistant Commissioner Tehsil Hazro Ms. Aisha Bader inaugurated the campaign which will continue from November 20 to November 22. screening camps have been set up in the Tehsil and District headquarters hospitals and rural centers, basic health centers across the district. The ceremony was attended by Medical Superintendent Dr. Shaukat Khan, Tehsil President PMLN Malik Ansar, Dr. Raiz Ahmed, Ahsan Khan, Iftakhar Ahmed Dar, Khan Yasir Khan, Nazakat Hussian, Dr. Sagher Ahmed  paramedical staff and other relevant officer’s.

Speaking on the occasion, Member District Monitoring Committee and former provincial Minister Jahangir Khanzada said that Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif is taking revolutionary steps to provide medical facilities to the people. He directed the health department to take special steps to create massive awareness about ‘Health Week’ so that maximum citizens could benefit from these facilities. He said that screening camps would be providing various types of facilities during the week including clinical history and basic examination, initial examination of the patients to check their health status, liver health examination, and liver health would be accessed through screening for fibrosis.

Member District Monitoring Committee and former provincial Minister Jahangir Khanzada said that The government is trying to provide relief to the people. Health Week has been organized by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif in the entire Punjab to provide better health facilities to the people

Khanzada praised the revolutionary measures being implemented under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
