There is no denying the fact that losses leave a lasting impact on human beings. In such situations there is a need to find ways to move forwards or become an advocate for victim support services.
Losses or rejections may fall heavy on your heart but always remember you are not alone. You are valued and there are people who take care of you. You deserve respect and are unique. Your value is not defined by what others think or say. The people who think you as inferior are the ones who try to hide their insecurities by indulging in such behaviours, therefore, shrug them away.
To make feel more ebullient, it is necessary that you have some hobby and it is important that you take good care of you by eating healthy and doing exercise regularly and most important is that you should be relaxed in mind, free of all the burdens. Sadness is killing and can lead to numerous diseases. There is a way to move forward and start accepting the reality. That is actually a way to accepting radicalism.
Honestly acknowledge what is going on in the environment rather than resisting the change. Radical acceptance means to start accepting what is excruciatingly painful. We need to move forward for a better future. Find a real way to deal with the reality. Exercise the profound practice of acceptance. Strength lies in surrendering in and accepting the reality. To accept is not to give up. We can make our adversities our strengths. An individual can emerge stronger and advocate for kindness. His courage thus transforms pain into purpose. Sometimes the confines which you may take as fetters redefine yourself. You need to understand that there is something which you can control and there are things beyond your control. The importance of what we can control and what we cannot means to use our energies wisely. “Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. You should not try to resist them.”. Lao Tzu.
The recognition does not mean defeat but there must be a gab between expectation and reality. We need to ground ourselves in the present. There is need to learn to sail through the riotous experiences. The transformative power and serenity it will promise will be beyond the expectations.
Epictetus, the famous Greek stoic philosopher said that “we are disturbed not by the world but by the views we take of it”. Thus, it is actually the interpretation of various events and happenings which matter and become the source of our despair or happiness. I personally believe if a person is good to me most of the times and one odd time, he misbehaves then I must give him impetus of a good person overall being human and think of the times when he behaved decently towards me forgetting about his rudeness one odd times as many reasons can be responsible. TAO says, “imagine if you are standing at the edge of a serene river, where the water is tranquil then we have to align ourselves with this flow” We must let the things unfold naturally. We must “gracefully accept every phase of life with ever changing circumstances”.
“Do not do things that cost you inner peace and long-term sustainability. Learn when to act, when to speak when to remain silent”.
“River of life is vast with twists and turns but if we learn to follow the current, life can be peaceful and easy. Hence, we should try to make it smooth and not turbulent”.
“You need to learn to make the right decisions in life. Accept whatever comes to you”. Marcus Aurelius
“Let us try to make choices that support each other and uplift them”. “In the face of loss and betrayal may we infer the strength and to forgive and heal and build a better future together”
